I’ve had complete lack of concern interest in past from Volvo, ford,and now mercedes , it started ok and ,I’ve been polite patient but my mercedes dealer ,I feel has now lost interest, consequently I have ,the last 8 months waiting for mercedes car has been depressing, now it should not be that way.
I am convinced dealerships advertise their care in motability but in reality it’s oh your motability well I’m not sure ,ERM I will get back to you . But does not.
How long can we put up with this,with no change in attitude and no one addressing this.
