If the time limit is 3 hours in a disabled bay then allowing 3 hours in an EV bay as a badge holder would make sense. Better yet, disabled bays with EV points, but then you might find longer wait times for those spaces due to disabled drivers taking advantage of the charging creating less use for other disabled folk … or even EV users who are able bodied parking in the disabled bays because of the EV points.
