I would hope by August all these delivery problems with micro-chips will be behind us though I expect there will be a backlog of cars in the system to be built.
I think we will see all of the short wheel based Tiguan back on Motability by the Spring including the Elegance but by then I’d of been waiting so long for my car I would gladly except my R-Line and be done with it for another 3 or 4 years even though the Elegance is a better deal.
Not sure we will see anything but the Life trim level of the Allspace but that’s just personal thoughts.
Monitoring a Tiguan users forum I’ve noted a trend that the 1.5 TSi engine Tiguan have faster delivery times than the larger petrol or diesel engine cars and is said it might be because VW are prioritising smaller engine ICE cars and EV’s, that is when they get the chips of course.
