To be fair, that’s exactly how business works. “Earning as much as they can” quite literally implies that screwing people of any kind over is part of the deal.
I do have a problem with businesses (/charities) earning as much as they can, i do think ethics and morals aren’t just empty words.
Am i gonna blame the guy who receives the bonus? Of course not. I wouldn’t say no either, i’d be stupid to. But generally, if they can pay out that much to their employees, and then offer £20 per sold car extra to dealerships, i’d be telling them to jog on too as a dealer.
