The problem isn’t gonna ease by making Motability even more money, by purposely taking a worse car.

This has nothing to do with new even, if i’m waiting for an XC40, i’m waiting for a new car – not one that is  maybe a few weeks away from the first damage through wear, or needs an MOT after 10 months.

Not to mention that your used car won’t ease the fact that there’s not enough cars on the scheme.

I absolutely, categorically do not think that the problem needs to be solved by the customers. Motability needs to flippin bite the sour apple and use the big monies they have in reserve and sweeten the deals for manufacturers/dealerships. They don’t need to make thousands of pounds on every single lease, especially if there’s nothing reasonable to lease anymore in the first place.

This is the same crap as the adverts reminding us to reduce our waste, when 75% of the waste comes from a few big companies. It’s not an issue we need to fix, it’s an issue they need to fix. With money. Not by us making them even more money, without them using it for our benefit.
