Sympathies, ajn. Know exactly how tricky it can be. When asked to list my hobbies, I generally top the list with “Trying not to fall over.” Years of practice taught me that falling properly involves, indoors, aim for sofa/bed/chair if poss; outdoors, protect head, go limp, and roll when you hit. Get plenty of scratches/cuts with the latter but, so far, not broke anything.
