For us, one way to reduce (not eliminate) fogging was throwing a few charcoal bags in the car to suck up moisture. As in, bags made for that purpose, not big charcoal bags – they’re cigarette pack sized, we dotted four of them around the car, seemed to have done a somewhat decent trick.
