I’m pretty sure he’ll tell you the same as us: try to make the best out of the bad situation you’re in. Take the car, try to grab a freebie – there’s not really any alternatives left, especially not in that price region.
In the end, even if it comes back to the scheme (if it’s removed due to facelift, probably not before Q2 or Q3 22), there’s no guarantee that it isn’t “up there” with GLA etc in price. As in, £4000 and more.
In the end it does come with the upside that you’re getting your car in a timely manner. That’s rare nowadays, my wife and i are in for a 10 months wait now, and that goes for most manufacturers to differing degrees (including BMW).
Genuinely, give the car a shot. Black interior isn’t all bad, it’s easier to keep clean and imho is more cozy in the dark (as opposed to oyster, which is more cozy in daylight). I also think that the interior lighting will improve the looks of it.
