Totally agree, Wigwam. However, there is one thing they could do – quite simply tell us members what is going on between Motability and the car makers and let us know if/when we might expect to see an improvement. Just a little tiny bit of customer-relations might not go amiss; might also lessen the criticism the scheme has been receiving!
