This is an open public forum and you might want to ask the mods to take the information you’ve posted here down though I’ve not repeated it in this quote.
I was lead to believe the order tracker had been taken down. It stopped working for me a few weeks after ordering my VW.

I think that’s the correct assumption in that it’s been taken down but VW are saying they have an IT problem.
VW advice is to talk to your dealer but I’m sure we all got four walls we can talk to and in the mean while save our breath.
My Tigger was only ordered last week so won’t chase them until next Easter.?
