My parents own a ux and in all fairness it’s not as bad as some have said. I actually prefer the ride in that compared to my gla, as it feels a lot smoother! But that said, I agree the oem infotainment system is lagging behind that of rivals. However, if you use android auto or Apple car play then you won’t notice any major issues.
I’ve been reading reviews about the UX and they’re not overly negative. Such a model would be ideal for my Mother. It’s nice to gain a real-life perspective.
I dread to think what my local retailer’s attitude would be if they had Motability customers coming through their doors. They looked down upon regular customers who aren’t middle-aged and well dressed.
