My parents own a ux and in all fairness it’s not as bad as some have said.
I actually prefer the ride in that compared to my gla, as it feels a lot smoother!
But that said, I agree the oem infotainment system is lagging behind that of rivals. However, if you use android auto or Apple car play then you won’t notice any major issues.
