I agree with Chris k ,it’s difficult to avoid some dealerships, I had a friend very wealthy he had bought big mercedes cars, he had been painting walls so was in overalls ,he popped into town ,decided with his wife to look at new mercedes for his wife, there was a dealer that did not know him looked at him ,said you probably want used cars we haven’t anything under £15000 and walked away. Bill took on different dealership even though longer drive. I’ve had awfull experience with Marshall Volvo,& Mazda , good & bad with ford some ford egnored me ,excellent so far mercedes.
Had a friend who had the same experience at a B&O music store, “I think you might be in the wrong shop”. He returned in a suit a week later with a receipt from another store around £12k and said, remember me, this sale could have been yours.
