I should have had a face to face a week ago but they telephoned that morning cancelling due to the assessor being sent home ill. A few minutes later I received another telephone call saying my assessment would now be done over the telephone and a date was set for today at 10:30 am and I’ve received NO telephone call so I phoned the number on my letter. The lady asked if my phone accepted private numbers to which I replied yes and that they had phoned me a few times and I had accepted the calls! now I’m worried but if they claim they tried to telephone me and I didn’t answer I will be contacting my MP.
