Just to say, if you don’t need a high seat, the car I currently have is great.
Skoda Superb estate.
even with the 1.5tsi and DSG gearbox, it’s very quick.
loaded up with the lad and all his university stuff and a roof box it averaged 42.5mpg on a mostly 137 miles trip up the motorway at normal speed.
very quiet and well specified car
