I think this is another reason people are leaving the scheme as its shortsighted to treat mobility customers like that and this has been exacerbated by the chip shortage but it was going on before it would be best to show your evidence to Motability so at least they know why people are leaving.
It does seem mad that person a in Oxford gets to pay more and wait longer for their car than person B in Wales same car same benifit deduction but different purchase experience.
How can that be right maybe motability should take over the purchase and we only deal with motability then they would have more power but as we are all individuals we have no power the next step is to start writing to you MP otherwise it will just continue
