    I bought my 64 plate Golf 1.4 TSi at the start of 2018 and the price was the same as cars with the same trim level and mileage on dealers forecourts at the time.

    Only advantage you have is you know the history of the car you have and if it has had the pants ripped off it or not.

    If you go down the buy route make sure everything is up together with the car in respect to services, dents, scratches and tyres before asking Mota for a price because it’s sold as seen and you have to agree to the condition of the car as is along with their price.

    PS no reduction for AP regardless of how much you paid.
