The dealer who I am collecting my new car from says he has to send photos of the cars where there is some damage. Dents/scratches. He then has to decide if it is fair wear and tear and say so in his report. The last car I returned. They just submitted just a report. No photos where taken. Really need the good condition bonus to help with AP.
