I heard on the radio this morning some of the US car manufacturers closing down again for an extended break due to part availability. Ford have big problems with some cars that were waiting parts and have been standing for some time. That long that they have a rodent invasion that has been eating through wiring etc.
It makes you wonder when all this is over in a year or so whether it is wise to buy a “new” car as the “new” car could have been sitting around for months and months in a field somewhere deteriorating.
