Was that because yours is a “non-standard” installation bfoandc? I’m going to think about it over the weekend and probably go with Pod Point.
If you compare the most recent reviews on the Trustpilot or Reviews.co.uk websites:
BP Pulse has 89% bad reviews on Trustpilot and 8 of the last 10 reviews on Reviews.co.uk are 1 star out of 5.
Pod Point has 74% excellent reviews on Trustpilot and 9 of the last 10 reviews on Reviews.co.uk are 5 stars.
Obviously Pod Point has some bad reviews, but BP Pulse is almost ALL bad reviews.
£599 is a big chunk of money, but sometimes it’s worth stumping up extra for peace of mind.
