Marshall VW (Milton Keynes) – Have had 3 previous Motab cars over the past 10 years with them and signed up for my fourth Motab – a BEV. After waiting for just under 2 months with lies, deflecting issues, previous faulty work and dealing with Motab customers as least preferred – I want to another dealer. Stay away from Marshall VW (Milton Keynes).
What a difference when I want to Vindis VW in Bedford. Excellent service and complete transparency. Kept me updated as promised and never had to chase them up. Treated me like any other customer and made me feel human again.
