I really appreciate the comments. Thank you. It was brand new , unregistered. I think if a non Motability customer wanted the car it should be first come first serve .. rather than we only do Motability customers when we cannot get a better offer. I understand that it is not disability discrimination and is all about the money but people who are on Motability are there because we are disabled and because we have extra obstacles in life that the scheme helps us overcome. I personally could do with out this extra hurdle. The person on the phone was very clear that they would get more money sold privately. He implied a hoped for £400/500 more I think. If as a dealer you are part of the Motability scheme you sell more cars with less profit per car. I think it is unfair to pick and choose. Thank you again for your comments
