I hope that Motability are taking the environmental impact of fossil fuel cars into account. They represent some of the most vulnerable people in society and so should be putting the wellbeing of their customers at the forefront. But it could also be that they are adapting to the future where fossil cars are being fazed out.
It may also be that they are being encouraged by the government to have a more environmentally friendly choice of cars, who knows?
