Don’t have a problem getting F-2-F with GP. Both Mrs T and me have had issues which have needed an examination/specialist Doc-administered injection. Have got appointments once we have fought our way past the rude, incompetent and downright offensive “receptionists”. Problem exacerbated by having to phone for “phone-triage” after 8am and before 9pm. Can never get through. Sometimes have written snail-mail letter to Doc to get him to phone us. Bloody silly.
