    Funny, that.  Much the same way that people get refused higher rates of PIP until they get an official Advocate on their side – at which point the ‘scores’ magically rise to the correct level and the applicant gets what they need.

    Still, as you say, “progress”.  Just remember to buy your friend with the DIY store a pint some time. 🙂
