Motability are hopefully looking at the numbers of people extending their lease due to lack of choice and thinking we had better increase choice or a lot of these clients will leave the scheme either to go with a subscription direct with manufacturer or buy what they want instead of paying for something they don’t
So the ball is in your court motability if you are seen to be penny pinching when you have built up a huge surplus to use to cushion the blow but instead hike prices then we will see right through it
And it won’t be long before people get a quote from you to buy car at end of lease to find out you can buy it cheaper at auction now that kind of behaviour is reprehensible.
