I’m not aware of these evangelists of which you talk, I see some early to mid converts to electric cars that are pleased with their decision and are happy to talk about it. I am at a complete loss to see why anyone would be pro internal combustion engine in relation to the Scheme. I could almost see an argument if we were able to get 6, 8 or 12 cylinder beasts on the Scheme or even a hot 4 cylinder car but we are not, but to argue the merits of a 4 cylinder 2.0 litre with tops 190bhp that does 35mpg over some of the electric cars available on the Scheme, I just don’t see it.
