Fascinating. The Stellarator seems so chaotic in nature, and thus in keeping with the universe in general, that it might just work. The hydrogen-boron idea? Hmmm. Too simple to come to anything? Dunno. You could say that about the Wright Bros and the aerodynamics of a wing and we know where that got us!
