I would be asking them what build code status the order is at. If they are difficult, or you sense BS, ask specifically “Has it progressed beyond 1200 Scheduled for Production”? Ideally, ask for a screenshot of the order screen, as this will show you the current status and will also show you the date that the present status was assigned. You are then dealing with facts.
