I have the Liteway 8 (2nd one) and because it breaks down into a few smaller components I find it will fit in most mid size boots without having to drop the back seats, even if using a hoist you can still split it down to a couple of pieces once lifted into the boot so would easily fit into the Kuga.

    Hi vinalspin

That ideal of breaking the scooter after lifting into the boot was suggested by my grandson but even though my current scooter has the quick one touch release mechanism I just can get the two main parts to part when its at waist height in the boot.

I can do it when its on the floor and in an emergency can break the scooter and lift it into the boot in its five pieces but it nearly kills me doing it and is why the scooter needs to be fully assembled except the captains seat when its loaded into the car.

To the mods, any ideal why my post to Huffpuffin is saying “This post is awaiting moderation”.

    Is it something I’ve said??
