Off to write a snotty e-mail to my local VW dealer cancelling my Thursday appointment while letting them know of my disappointment of there franchise manufacturer.

There are a lot of Manufacturers that have been affected by the disruption to cause production issues not just Volkswagen. VW made a decision to stop ALL fleet business supply not just Motability so the retail market can still operate. I can’t believe this, I just had an e-mail from the chief sales guy at Heritage VW asking how my search for a new car is going and was I happy with the reply I got from them, as posted above.
