AlanBang, we turned it off too on our previous Qashqai diesel. The restart was just too harsh and sometimes too slow. On our X1 petrol, it’s totally different, unobtrusive and prompt. So much depending on the car. Mild hybrids deal with stop/start differently, so in time the problem will no longer exist.
