I wonder how many Motability customers will breathe a sigh of relief (when these cars are removed) that they have already placed their order, only to find that the dealer had taken the ‘order’ without a build allocation slot? I would hope that VW (and Motability) would allow the order to progress (assuming that the customer still wants the car and is prepared to wait a very long time).
