It’s in central Durham so about a 15min drive. Just far enough outside the main city centre so no groups of Uni students hanging about and spreading Covid (we had another cluster last week) but a reasonable 15-20min walk or 5min bus ride to get to it when needed. By bus it would take him about 20-25mins to get here.
