As for who they have a grievance with, to me it’s VW too. After all they’re the ones who said the options were locked and communicated nothing through the dealer about changing a £30k+ vehicle order ?♂️
Marshalls Oxford have had a negative turn recently on the forum. They were very good a couple of years ago but sadly certain folk have moved on from the dealership and several negative experiences have been reported.
I had a similar situation with my last vehicle not being in the system, it was rectified of course and Motability assured me RSA would have covered as usual regardless of the admin error.
