@kbfern i wouldn’t be paying any deposit to that dealer and take my business elsewhere. It may be a major hassle trying to get your deposit back if needed down the line. Speaking from experience it took me 6 weeks and at least 10 phone calls to different people in the dealership to get my deposit back from a dealer last year, I ended up escalating this to Motability and they got it resolved. I don’t know where you are in the country but I know Volkswagen Edinburgh had 3 Tiguan Elegances in stock last week available for immediate delivery (2 black 1 white)
