At the end of the day Motability is nothing more than a lease so that should have no bearing on the sale at all, i would tell them to go park the car round the back (thats been polite) and move on to a different dealer. i always deal with the JTC600 franchise when i can and have had nothing but excellent service for the last 20 years or so.
