I’m not trying to be insensitive here. Yes, people are still catching this virus and it makes some people ill enough to need hospital, but it’s not killing like it did. Vaccination, better understanding and treatment is working. People are mixing in outdoor events all over the country and there’s no evidence infection rates ate affected. People have to get their lives back. How long would you wait, with the consequences for other health conditions, kids education, the loss to the economy, etc?. We are printing billions of pounds of money every week with no way of covering the debt. There has to be an end to all this and an acceptance that Covid is part of our lives.
