The reality is that Covid will always be with us. There’s no use pretending that it can be eradicated. You are right the public are exhausted. We are now seeing the effect of the neglect of other health conditions over the last 16 months and the economic consequences of shutting the country down but continuing to pay people will be with us for decades. It’s time we got on with our lives, wmc, and stopped doom-mongering.
