Just picked up our new mobility car yesterday and our old car a BMW x1 was look at and assessed as good condition, it really wasn’t we had someone key the car 3 weeks before handing it back, the scratch went from the petrol cap right across to the drivers door near the wing mirror.
It had the normal scruff and wear and tear marks on it, but when the dealer was looking at the car he said you didn’t do that did you i said nope it was from a horrible teenager i told off for doing a wheelie on his bike in the middle of the road in the dar with no lights on and i nearly knocked him over (wished i did now lol) they car was keyed the day after outside my house
so he said thats a bad thing to happen, but it wasn’t your fault so you’ll still get your bonus, and i got an email from motability today stating i would get my £600 within 5 working days
