@solent60 that colour looks great on the GT line but I can’t understand why the 100bhp version is group 20 insurance and unavailable for under 25’s.
Elliot; I’m guessing that it’s probably due to the cost of the vehicle. Yes, it’s “only” a Peugeot – but they haven’t cut many corners on the cabin/interior quality and equipment. It’s pretty plush. Even Autocar said it’s a higher level than VW’s now. Peugeot’s aim for the 208 was to give it a more upmarket feel (which it certainly is – miles ahead of the Pugs of old!) and maybe the price of even the 100bhp is considered too high for under 25’s? I’m not sure how Motability grade cars for under 25’s Elliot, so it’s just a guess really.
