    High Beam Assist simply dips your high beam when there is traffic ahead of you or you enter an area with streetlights. It has the same functionality as if you do the same manually I.e. both front headlights dip in their entirety. Matrix headlights or Adaptive Headlights have High Beam Assist within them as part of their functionality, but it only dips the part of the beam that would dazzle the traffic, leaving the remaining area on full beam.
