I was looking at these last year, unfortunately the high AP put me off.
I’ve spoken to a couple of people who have them, one with the 2l diesel and one with the petrol hybrid. Both were fairly happy with them and had Kugas previously. The most common description I got was “it’s ok” or “it’s alright”.
Neither were impressed with the quality of the interior compared to the previous versions, some better electronics etc but not as much of a jump in quality as they were expecting from what I gathered. The hybrid owner wasn’t impressed with the range he was getting and is already looking at a full EV instead.
