I actually ordered over the phone in march lockdown , it was a very easy process that only took a three calls, and the only reason it took three , was the salesman took my national insurance number down wrong, so ten minutes later the manager phoned, we went over my details and put the order in, ten minutes later he phoned again just to confirm everything was done and excepted.
