I doubt it unless you acquired a loss due to it like a decent sized reduction on performance, mpg etc because the loss will be on the residual of the car which isn’t your problem it’s Motabilitys.
If the claim co think you have a claim then try it if its no win no fee if not then they’re leading you on for your money.
I seriously doubt you incurred a significant enough loss to warrant a claim?
