I looked at the website for claiming against companies who sold emission false cars. Having spoken to the company they assure me that motability cars are covered on this scheme as they are leased. Has anyone else looked into this reclaim. Having had two diesel vauxhalls it seems i can claim. Any comments please.

I doubt it unless you acquired a loss due to it like a decent sized reduction on performance, mpg etc because the loss will be on the residual of the car which isn’t your problem it’s Motabilitys.

If the claim co think you have a claim then try it if its no win no fee if not then they’re leading you on for your money.

I seriously doubt you incurred a significant enough loss to warrant a claim?
