My journey will have taken just over a calender month when i collect my car on the 4th May.
It was a one and only vehicle in the dealerships stock (country wide),car took a couple of weeks to be delivered across their network.
Never had to visit the dealership to physically sign any paperwork its all been done electronically even down to driving licence being checked,and Motability have been on the ball when it has come to doing their checks and conversing with the dealership,and even sending me a link to open an online account,which i did open.
Ive known for over a week or more when handover day would be,but my motability online account was updated today with that date,the 4th May,the short delay was down to the dealerships motability expert taking some days annual leave and today was his first day back at work,he called me this morning to check that i still wanted to go ahead with my choosen collection day and time and i said i did.
