Anyone here who is a driver for who the award and car is for?
I’d be interested to see your POV as it’s a funny mix of priorities being for the less able person and needing to be ok for you to drive.
for example, beyond the basic needs of my wife being able to get into and out of the car as easy as possible, and with enough boot space for a folded up wheelchair when required – As a driver without much experience since passing my test (5 years ago) I would have preferred an automatic but the auto version of the car we are getting would had cost a lot more AP on top. It’s obviously all a toss up but interested to hear people’s opinions and likes as a driver, and my driving and capacity to drive safely is also foremost in my mind.
