I’ve suggested to motability that lumping usall in as one homogenous mass & not considering stuff like heated seats, you know individual needs coukd be taken as discrimination, certainly made me feel awful. I actually went to bed after I got off the phone & got so stressed I got a horrendous migraine even a Sumatriptan nasal spray couldn’t stop.
They’ll take into consideration whether you have an able bodied driver under 25 even if you can drive yourself but if you need a specific piece of kit they dont care?
