Sorry to hear about your negative experience, I think you made the classic mistake of thinking that the Experience models were the best option, in fact the FR range is vastly superior in every aspect apart from certain bells and whistles, My particular vehicle came with the winter pack as standard which included heated and electric everything, including drivers seat, not to mention the full body kit, better alloys and vastly superior interior trim and FR detailing my AP in 2019 was £1005, infinitely better value than recently.
